Brian McConnon - Audio Technology PR and Marketing
Educated in audio production and business administration, Brian
McConnon brings more than 15 years of diverse musical instrument
and pro audio industry experience and relationships to his clients. He
began his career on the retail side of the MI industry with 7 years at
Guitar Center Management, Inc., where he gained experience in
sales, purchasing, promotions, and product marketing. His 4 year
tenure with German-based Steinberg Media Technologies allowed
him to acquire experience in public relations, artist relations,
advertising, business development, direct marketing, and event
management within an international business context.
In the 4 years since founding mtech marketing communications,
Brian has worked with 28 large and small companies from 9 countries
on 4 different continents and formed close relationships with the
media in the audio, video, and consumer technology markets.

Martina McConnon - Consumer and International PR
Educated in Germany and Spain, Martina (Wotzka) McConnon has
acquired valuable PR and business experience through a diverse
work history. Having worked for several years as the PR Manager for
MAGIX Entertainment, a company specialized in music and video
software, in Munich, Germany, she came to the US in 1997 to
manage the US offices of MAGIX and lead the company's entry into
the consumer electronics channel. From there she moved to the
wireless technology industry as Director of Busines Development for
Zkey.com and later Women in Technology Int'l (WITI). With these
companies, Martina established strong ties with consumer media
outlets and organizations. Most recently, Martina has worked as an
independent consultant and translator, localizing products for leading
companies such Ronco Inventions and translating major motion
picture subtitles for Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers and Fox Studios.
In addition to her experience, Martina brings her unique talents for
language to mtech. In addition to her native German and English
language, she also speaks French and Spanish, making her a valuable
representative for European companies in the US.
